Traveling Toddler Car Seat travel accessory question? Asked earlier but no answers!?

Anyone that has used this or knows of a person that has, while using this with a regular carry on suitcase did it or can the handle break from that much weight on it? Will the handle of the suit case bend?
I found these one star reviews on Amazon.
What I would think of is what do the weight specs on your carry-on suitcase give? All of mine wouldn’t be able to tote a 20lb carseat + 20lb toddler. 40lbs? + the weight of the suitcase AND clothes… Few strollers can even do that! I know that my rolling suitcases say not to exceed something like 30lbs.
