I do not understand your question, I do not think it reads well. I suppose that if we ask charities outside our jobs are going to be healthy? My answer: I do not know .. but … I did a lot of charity work and I work. The charity work is good for me. The work is nice too. I am sane. Charity that rarely see the recipients charity. Simply knowing the cause for which you work and support. If chance to feel the positive effects of your work you feel good.
