If you love strawberries, then you know that nothing compares to the texture or the taste of a Succulent berries red strawberry!
Some facts strawberries:
* Strawberries were originally called "Strewberries. They were called this because of how the berries appear scattered throughout the plant leaves.
* Eight strawberries provide 140 percent of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.
* Strawberries are the first fruits to ripen in spring.
* One cup of strawberries has only 55 calories.
* Strawberries are the only fruit with seeds (mean, 200) out of the fruit.
* Strawberries grown in every State of the United States and all Canadian provinces.

Strawberry Blossoms
12 large fresh strawberries, washed
1 to 3 oz package cream cheese, light, softened
2 v. tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon tablespoons light sour cream
Remove stems from strawberries to form a flat fee. Place the berries in reducing surface finish. With a sharp knife, carefully cut each rack in half vertically a few inches of 1 / 4 base. Cut each half in three districts to form 6 petals. (Do not cut through the base.) Pull the petals slightly.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream and beat until light and fluffy. With a pastry bag and star tip or small spoon, fill with the mixture of strawberries and light cream cheese.
Note: A zipper sandwich bag can be used in place of pastry bag by filling with cream cheese mixture and removing the excess air before sealing. Carefully cut a corner, out of the bottom of the bag.
Variation: Use strawberry flavored cheese light cream for added sweetness.

Strawberry leather
3 cups fresh strawberries *
1 teaspoon of soup. lemon juice
1 teaspoon of soup. of light corn syrup
Place strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Measure 2 cups mashed strawberries. Add the lemon juice and corn syrup light. A line of 15×10 inch Jelly Roll Pan with heavy duty plastic wrap and tape plastic wrap to the stove in the corner. Pour strawberry mixture into prepared pan and spread thin, leaving 1 inch on all sides. You can adjust this to fit your dehydrator or another pan, make sure it is spread thin in the pan. Dry in an oven at 150 or a dehydrator for 7-8 hours or until surface is no longer sticky. Remove from pan while still warm leather and roll Jelly Roll fashion. Cut into logs and wrap in plastic. Make five 2 inch logs
* Any other fruit may be used instead of strawberries.

Strawberry Layer Cake
1 cup skim milk
1 / 4 cup I can not believe it's not butter or light margarine
1 1 / 2 cups of stevia
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 whole egg and three egg whites
1 3 / 4 cups flour
3 C. tea baking powder
pinch salt
2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, light, temperature
1 / 2 cup powdered sugar
1 pint light cream
red dye food (if desired)
1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced
Heat skim milk in saucepan until it boils, add that I can not believe it's not butter and set aside. In a bowl, mix the stevia, vanilla and egg whites and whole eggs, beat on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt, add egg mixture, then add skim milk mixture, mixing well after each addition. Pour mass in a hinge oiled and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean the cake. Cool slightly and remove of the pan. Cool completely then cut the cake into three equal layers. Remove loose crumbs. Beat cream cheese until very smooth, beat in powdered sugar and cream until mixture is creamy and fluffy. You may add a few drops of food coloring if you want to tint icing. Spread frosting between each layer, place slices strawberries on each layer. Then spread remaining frosting top and sides of assembled cake. Garnish with strawberries on top and sides.

Strawberries N Cream ',' Pizza
1-1/2 cups flour
1 / 2 cup, I can not believe it's not butter or margarine, sliced cold
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 Sugar Free Chocolate Caramel Candy Bars
1 8-oz package cream cheese, light, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 bathroom gallon. fresh strawberries, along hull and halved
Frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the flour, I can not believe it's not butter, nuts and mix until smooth. Press mixture into bottom of 12-inch pizza. Bake 10 minutes. Immediately sprinkle crust with sugar-free hot caramel evenly over the crust. Cool. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat until smooth and uniform consistency. Evenly over the cooled crust 1/2-inch from the edge of the crust. Arrange strawberries, cut into rows Circulars cheese mixture. Decorate top of pizza with light cream. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Yield 8.12 servings.

Strawberry Squares
1 cup flour
1 / 2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 / 4 cup brown sugar or stevia
1 / 2 cup I can not believe it's not butter or margarine, melted
1 1 / 2 cup light whipped topping
2 cups slices of fresh strawberries hulled
1 cup stevia
2 tablespoons lemon juice
For the pasta in a bowl, combine flour, nuts and sugar brown or stevia. Add melted I can not believe it's not butter. Mix well. Spread in a shallow dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Spread 2 / 3 of the mixture into a 13×9x2 pan crust. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk 1 / 2 cup whipping cream until light snow. Add strawberries, sugar and lemon juice and stevia. Rhythm mix well. In another bowl, whisk the light is 1 cup whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold strawberry mixture.
Transfer to the casserole. Add the remaining crust mixture. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serve.
Yield 9.12 servings.
Garnish with additional berries if desired.

Strawberry Salad <P
> 4 cups torn lettuce leaves
1 cup watercress
1 cup sliced, hulled strawberries
1 / 2 small red medium onion, thinly sliced
Poppy seed dressing (homemade or purchased)
Edible flowers like nasturtiums or chive blossoms
In a salad bowl Place Greens, watercress, strawberries, onions. Top with dressing and toss to cover. Garnish with edible flowers. Flowers of chives and nasturtiums are a spicy taste. If they are available to you, you can use fresh mint for garnish.
Caution: Make sure all the herbs and flowers are pesticide-free.

Strawberry Salsa
2 tablespoons virgin oliveoil
2 tablespoons juice lemon
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 red jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 / 4 tsp. Sea salt
1 pint strawberries, hull and diced
1 / pineapple, diced 4 cups
1 / 2 cup chopped sweet onion
Combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mint, cilantro, jalapeno, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Combine strawberries, pineapple and onion. Serve over grilled chicken or pork.

Strawberry Muffins
2 1 / 2 cups all-purpose flour
2 / 3 cup sugar or stevia
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 / 4 cup of salt tea Tues
1 1 / strawberries 2 cup, sliced
1 cup skim milk * see note
1 / 3 cup margarine or can not believe that this is not butter, melted
1 1 / 4 c. vanilla extract tea
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 egg, lightly beaten
Canola Oil Spray
1 1 / 2 c. teaspoon stevia
* Note: Add 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice to milk, let stand 5 minutes. Replacing skimmed milk or whey.
Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Add fresh strawberries Mix well and make a hole in the center of the mixture. Combine butter and next 4 ingredients, mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
Divide dough uniform of the 18 molds coated with cooking spray, sprinkle with sugar 1-1/2 c. in the table evenly over muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turn out immediately and cool on a rack.
18 servings.
