GFWC Spring held in North Little Rock Member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs of Arkansas recently gathered for their spring conference in North Little Rock Hotel Windham River Front. President Debbie Hall of Fort Smith has chaired the regular meetings. The Convention, attended by 60 members and visitors to seven years, started with the Executive Council meeting on Friday afternoon.
