FTM chest this size binder should I do if my chest is huge I'm having a little?
I'm not really sure because I have a afraid to buy and then it's too tight or too big if you have experience with this please let me know as soon as possible.
Go exactly what which reads the card. The folders are designed to compress correctly this specific size. Measure around most of the large part of the chest, then also are about right under the rib cage, and take the average of these two measures. If this measure is of medium size, medium-term gain. A little is probably impossible to get at all.
