Baby Trend – Snap N Go Single Stroller?

I have the Evenflo discovery 5 Car Seat, And I was wondering has anyone tried to use this car seat ( or a similar one by evenflo) with the snap n go stroller? I want to get it but I don’t want to end up having it and it not working.
